Keith Clarke is a hands on training specialist with 15+ years’ experience in senior management positions including Operational, General Management, and Human Resources roles.
Keith’s experience includes management of the full scale of HR functions having run HR departments for companies with up to 600 employees and multiple locations. Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Absence Management, Contracts, Policies & Procedures, Employee Relations, Disciplinary and Grievance, and Industrial Relations are just some of the areas where Keith has excelled.
In his HR roles he has simultaneously managed the general day-to-day activities whilst successfully implementing large scale change projects with companies such as Norbert Dentressangle (now XPO), TDG, Keelings, Tesco, Londis, and Coldmove.
Having also been responsible for successfully managing multi-million euro operational budgets, Keith’s approach to HR is one of getting the best from people whilst also managing risk and getting results through ensuring expertise and the correct systems. Keith believes in HR partnering with a business: not being an obstacle to it. Keith’s strong knowledge of project management, employment law, start-ups, and organisational restructuring has also seen him successfully manage the redundancy and TUPE of hundreds of employees with no claims whilst maintaining solid employee and industrial relations.
Keith holds a BA in Human Resources Management, a Diploma in Coaching, a PRINCE II Project Management Qualification, and also a QQI in Training Delivery and Evaluation, along with being CIPD qualified.
